بدأ المكتب نشاطه بطموح عال  ليكون أحد الصروح الشامخة في مجال العمل المهني الهندسي المحترف بين الشركات الوطنية الطموحة التي تساهم في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي في المملكة العربية السعودية وفق وسائل هندسية محترفه. و يواكب النهضة العمرانية المزدهرة التي تشهدها المملكة  بلمسات فريدة متميزة و أهداف طموحة برؤى مستقبلية واقعية تتماشى مع الخطط الإنمائية الوطنية . لذلك بدائنا من اليوم الأول بضم كوادر فنية و هندسية مؤهلة في مجالات الهندسة المعمارية والإنشائية و الكهربائية و الميكانيكية والتخطيط ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية و غيرها و يستخدم جميع الوسائل  و التقنيات و البرامج الحديثة. كما يتعاون المكتب مع نخبة من الاستشاريين و أساتذة الجامعات المحليين و العالميين في جميع التخصصات عند الحاجة .

The office started its activity with high ambition to be one of the great edifices in the field of professional engineering work among the ambitious national companies that contribute to the economic growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to professional engineering means. The booming urban development witnessed by the Kingdom is accompanied by unique touches and ambitious goals with realistic future visions in line with national development plans. Therefore, we started from the first day to include qualified technical and engineering cadres in the fields of architectural, construction, electrical, mechanical, planning, GIS and others, and uses all modern means, technologies and programs. The office also cooperates with selected local and international consultants and university professors in all disciplines when needed.
